A contribution to your diet
Make the fiber contribution count.
Each 4.2 g scoop supplies 2 g dietary fiber. Adequate fiber and fluid contribute to normal bowel habits, and inulin is a type of fiber that gut microorganisms can use. Barley grass, broccoli, spirulina and fruit powders add plant variety, with ginseng and ashwagandha extending the formula beyond ordinary greens. The measurable contribution here is a little extra fiber; a scoop does not replace the volume or nutritional range of a serving of vegetables.
