Key ingredients

Caffeine — 175 mg per 1-scoop (10 g) serving.
Beta-alanine, di-creatine malate and other amino acids, with vitamins and minerals.

Caffeine is a stimulant, while beta-alanine is an amino acid used to make carnosine in muscle. The creatine is supplied as dicreatine malate; the formula also includes citrulline malate, arginine alpha-ketoglutarate and B vitamins.

How it fits your day

1–2 scoops (10–20 g). 30 minutes before training. Start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance. Mix with 6–8 fl oz (177–237 ml) of a cold drink. If one scoop is well tolerated, follow the pack directions for using up to two scoops. Do not exceed two scoops daily.

Read your pack before use and follow its directions and cautions. Do not exceed the label amount.

A different option to explore

Prefer an unflavored, one-ingredient powder? Creatine Monohydrate contains creatine only. It has a different serving schedule and is a different formula from pre-workout.

USE & EXPECTATIONS

In your routine

When it fits

Use it 30 minutes before training. Start with one scoop mixed into 6–8 fl oz of a cold drink to assess tolerance; the pack allows up to two if well tolerated. Plan around your other caffeine and bedtime, and never exceed two scoops daily.

What to expect

You may notice greater wakefulness during the session, with caffeine remaining noticeable for several hours. Beta-alanine can cause tingling; that sensation does not measure workout quality. Your response depends on caffeine sensitivity, sleep and the session itself.

Before the effort

A more alert start to training.

Caffeine works on the nervous system by blocking adenosine, a signal associated with sleepiness. That can make effort feel more manageable and help you feel more alert as you begin exercising. Liftflare also contains beta-alanine, which the body uses to make carnosine, a compound that helps muscle manage acidity during intense work. These act through different processes: the noticeable pre-workout sensation is mainly about stimulation, while muscle adaptations depend on repeated training and nutrition over time.

How your supply is calculated

This formula has variable, occasional or course-dependent use, so offers show packs and full servings instead of promising a fixed number of months. Follow your product label.

Bundle savings are measured against buying the same packs individually at the current single-pack price. The Daily Essentials 20% offer does not apply to supply bundles. No subscription or automatic refills. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout.

Questions about Pre-Workout

How much caffeine is in one or two scoops?

One scoop contains 175 mg caffeine; two scoops contain 350 mg. Count that alongside other caffeine you use, and follow the directions to start with one scoop to assess tolerance.

Does tingling mean the pre-workout is working better?

No. Beta-alanine can cause tingling, but the sensation does not measure workout quality. More tingling is not a reason to increase your serving.

How is this different from creatine monohydrate?

Liftflare is a fruit punch pre-workout with caffeine, beta-alanine, dicreatine malate and other ingredients. A plain creatine monohydrate powder is a different formula with its own serving schedule, so the products are not interchangeable scoop for scoop.

Who should not use this product?

It is not for under-18s, pregnancy or nursing. Consult a clinician first if you take medication or have a medical condition.

More precautions for Liftflare

  • Not for anyone avoiding caffeine.
