Macaspark: a two-tablet serving
Macaspark lists tongkat ali, maca, ginseng and L-arginine, alongside calcium and zinc and a wider proprietary blend. It comes as 60 tablets, providing 30 servings at the stated two tablets daily with water.
Macaspark contains shellfish, specifically oyster, and also contains licorice root. Its product note asks you to review the full ingredient label and consult your doctor before use. These details distinguish it from a formula that merely shares one botanical name.
Ginkocraft: servings and days are different counts
Ginkocraft contains red Asian ginseng and ginkgo. Its 60 capsules provide 30 two-capsule servings, but the directions are two capsules twice daily, 20–30 minutes before a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. At those directions, the bottle is a 15-day supply. Its note highlights ginkgo and asks for medical advice before use.
